What is indoor cycling?

Indoor cycling is a group ride on an indoor bicycle that is made up of a weighted flywheel to simulate different levels of resistance. At The Spin Room we offer 50 min classes that suit all levels. From beginner to high level athlete. We accommodate everyone. With great music, fantastic instructors and a unique atmosphere, we strive to be the best cycle studio in the Fraser Valley.

Please arrive 15 min before your first ride, we have fresh towels and you can purchase water if you forget.

You ride in the dark?

Well not pitch black… but yes the room is dimly lit. Close your eyes… The beat is driving your workout and the atmosphere is like no other indoor cycle you’ve tried. Come in and experience it for yourself.
